Alright, I want to get this posted on the site before it fades from youtube glory.

Every once in a while I’ll notice some label on a chair or piece of electronics that you know was translated into english by a Japanese person, it’s called Engrish. I’m not a fan of stereotyping, but poor translations always make me giggle. Check out engrish.com, here’s some samples from their site.

Looking over their site at all these images, there are several times the writer got an “L” and an “R” backwards but turned it into a real word that their english spell checker didn’t catch being in the wrong context. (Like the one about eating “Flesh Food.”

Ahahahahahaa!!! I love a good boycott. Usually I boycott convenience stores where the clerks are rude, but this is a much better cause.
Target just gave $150k to Rep. Tom Emmer who is running for governer of Minnesota. This candidate is anti-gay and anti-union, so a boycott sounds fantastic. Drum up some awareness and slow down the money flow to haters in office.

Sinnocence was the best person to hit the internet. Ever. Unfortunately it’s complicated to show you what I mean, her website is gone (sinnocence.com), and if you try to go to it you get forewarded to a band of the same name. Here are some links anyway

Okay, now for why she was so awesome. Besides being all OCD (always a fun time) she never held back when it came to her opinion on anything. From German penile implants failing to the mass ammounts of hate mail (the hate mail was always fun) she would release hordes of creative cynicism upon the readers. It happened fairly often that I disagreed with things she said, but she said it so colofuly I was afraid to disagree. It’s hard not to respect someone that’s so honest and blunt.

As far as I can tell her site died around 2005. I’m sure it was a glorious death. The boobies of her minions that the internet lost becaue of this site going down is a shame. A damn shame.

And finally, since I don’t want to sound like a stalker or anything, she was actually part of a really great group of early internet mini-stars in the underground. I’ll have to do some digging and see if any of the others are still around. I’m sure I’ve seen Batty on some random website recently.

The major media outlets may have threatened to sue us, but we won’t be held down! We’re back and gonna publish more random shit for your entertainment. We hope you feel good about yourselves.
